How can I get FOSS note??

Hello guys, could you give me information how can I get FOSS caips notes?? I submitted inland application and my file has been transferred, to local CIC office and I would like to know reasons.

Here you can have all the information and the application document.
It takes 1 month, they sent me CD with a pdf.
