Yes, but they won't do so for security reasons because one can edit it , they will of issue you a paper but that's not you result anyway, you will put it in your file\document (I. e "if you applied \apply through paper protocol") before you submits or after you submitted, if requested by embassy but if you applied through online process, all you gonna do is to upload your the paper obtained from clinic\hosptial along with your documents
