How can I get a certificate of qualification be outside Canada under the express entry ( federal skilled trade stream) .

Please I would like to know if it's possible to get this certificate of qualification without having to travel to Canada, maybe probably applying online ?

Thanks for your reply @visatest, I am looking at getting the certificate of qualification for carpentry business and all information I can see so far requires I have to be present physically in Canada to write the exam in province..I am outside Canada, how to I get there to write the exams if not online ?
