I get the first ITA one week ago without my wife, and I submitted all documents and paid the fee.
today I got the second ITA from CIC. this application included my wife.

the reason why I do two time application is I can get more points without my wife.

Can chancel the first ITA? how to do that?

You may only have one profile at a time. This is set out in Canada’s immigration law.

Yea and No respectively for your questions.

You'll have to mention the earlier application in your new application AND wait until you receive confirmation of cancellation before submitting the new application.
