If you are not eligible then you cannot set up a profile. So yes. Do you have 67 points to be eligible to set up a profile?

There is no option to delete and withdraw if you are ineligible,i have same problem before so try to create new one.I have 5 ineligible profile but at the 6 times i am eligible and got ITA yesterday. :-[ :-X

I have the same concern too... Do we need to declare the ineligible EE profile number when we create the new profile?
