if you are the sponsor, you have to send an email to
address-change @ cic.gc.ca

if you are the applicant (sponsored person) - should sent it to the visa processing center's email address of applicant's country)

and just tell them "address change" and include these below

Surname; -
Given name(s); -
Complete address; - Residential address -
- Mailing address -
Email address; -
Date of birth; -
Client ID Number; -
Contact Number: -

please dont keep spaces on the email address which i have given above i cant delete the spaces on that email address on my post, but you just type it without spaces

hi yerterday my wife (sponsor) send them e mail and today she got response bellow.
Dear Sir/Madam,We received your email regarding file number F000xxxxxxx on 12 March 2014. We note that the file was received on 19 August 2013. If you have sent us this email to report important changes regarding your application, we will add this information to your file. This email serves as your confirmation of receipt for these documents. Please be assured that this information will be brought to the attention of the appropriate authority. We note that this file is currently within processing standards. We do not respond to status enquiries if the application is within normal processing times. Thank you.Visa Section
so my should send them new address right?
you give me e mail address is diffrent because my wife rec e mail from bellow e mail address

yes its may be for any changes in the applications
but that is which i've given only for the address changes
what ever your ambition is done by that email
