Hlo Sir/Mam. I was married in this year March 2018 and filed my study visa in November but at the time of filing i didn't have proper documents of my marriage so I showed my marital status single in all visa documents .when my visa was in processing I registered my marriage and got marriage certificate before my visa. So should I change my single status to marital in canada embassy because further i'm willing to call my spouse here and i'm in need of his help.

Yes but for registering my marriage we had to wait for 5 or 6 months and we did registration in November after applying for visa and got register before i got my visa.
No worries . Is marriage registration happened after filing study visa . You will be ok , because you officially got married on when you registered court marriage . You dont have to tell them what was happened.
Now do i have to tell embassy for changing my status and after how many days i can apply for my spouse for open work permit and please tell me what documents i need for filing the application and for my spouse also

You're still married at this time. You won't be able to chance your status until your divorce is finalized.I have already filed for divorce in India, So with that document can I make the changes in my work permit martial status
Once the divorce is finalized through the Indian courts and you receive the divorce documents showing that the divorce has been finalized, then you can change it.So once I receive the divorce document..
Then I can change it
