How can I chang another new employer?

Is not me break the contract. We signed 2 years and 40hr/week contract in one year ago, then they told me they can't afford me for full time job. So I have to find another employer who is able to sponsor me for myself.

The employer should still give you the ROE regardless of who is breaking the contract.
