Dear seniors,
I am post graduate in arts faculty and i complete six month course of plumbing now i am also gaining experience above mention job. i also applied for immigration in
2007 feb as fsw. i need suggetion .

A suggestion for what? Note a plumber requires about 4/5 year apprenticeship before they are considered a plumber.

I have one j0b experience of welding.
 
I think you should make your mind up, whether you are a plumber or welder first.

Once you have sorted that, get an apprenticeship, do 3 to 4 years work experience as a qualified plumber or welder, then apply.

Seriously, your posts sound desperate and without substance and if we can spot it as amateur immigration geeks ( well apart from PMM, whom is going to marry me, when his wife lets him anyway) then any IO is going to laugh your application out of the door.
