How can I apply for the Canada visa?

My boyfriend is a Australian who have Canadian Permanent Resident. I am a Chinese girl. We are going to get marry at the end of this year.
I want to go to Canada to visit his family before we get marry. Could anybody can tell me how can I get the Canada visa? Thanks.
