hi Mr. David

Me, my wife & 2 kids r Canadian national. My question is this
"when I was residing in Canada as a landed immigrant, during that time my wife got pregnent & doctor told my wife that u have twins. What happen during pregnency my wife travelled to her parents to delivered babies due to some pregnency complications. At that time my financial condition was not good, so we decided to left our babies to my in laws. She delivered the babies in Kuwait because they were resides in Kuwait & now they move back to Pakistan. Now my in laws are getting very old & they r not able to handle them. Another thing I did't mentioned Canadian immigration about the birth of new born babies & even not mentioned when I applied for our Canadian citizenship. My daughters r four years old. Now Plz. help me what is the solution & what we can do to apply for Canadian citizenship or immigration of my babies. Could u plz. handle this case. I will pay ur fees."

Thanks & Regards

1. You are going to have to sponsor the children as PR first.
2. Once they are PR in Canada then you can apply for citizenship without having 3 years residence as long as one of the parents is a Canadian citizen.

Dear ,

Hope you having a warm summer in Canada.

I am writing this to seek your advise and ideas on the VISA category for my dependent child (new born baby). I am on student VISA to Canada accompanied with my wife, when she got pregnant, she had to go back to India to keep herself comfortable during pregnancy. Now, I am planning to get them back to Canada, as my wife already has Open Work permit, I am bothered about the VISA category for my new born child. Some told me that I can bring the child as a VISITOR, however, wouldn't this option cause a complication when I extend my VISA to a worker / PR ? Which category should I apply for my child ? Please help.

Your advise/comments are highly appreciated.

1. TRV as a visitor. Why would it complicate any further actions on your part? Once the child is in Canada then you included him/her as a dependent on any applications.

Thanks for your advise.

Adding to that, can I understand that when I apply for my work permit, I can include my child as a dependent that he can get the same duration as mine. Is it ?

q2) My wife came with me in Open Work Permit, but she did not work, now when I apply for my work permit, Can her VISA be extended for work like mine ? Or would CIC require offer letter or employment proofs ?

Your advise is highly appreciated.
