How can a sabbatical employee apply for Express entry?

Hi
I was an international student. completed my master of engineering at western from 2018 Jan to 2018 Dec (1 year program)

I took 2 years of sabbatical from 2018 to 2020 March. Now in express entry how can I mention that I am still employed but on sabbatical in the profile?

The fact you are on sabbatical isn't relevant to the EE application. You would show that you stopped working in 2018. The reason why you stopped working doesn't matter.
