I am new here. I would like to get clarified on Job offer before ITA. Provinces such as BC nominates foreigners (if at all without a work permit already) only if they hold a valid job offer. How come many could manage this job offer before ITA especially when they apply for provinces like BC???
THIS MEANS THAT IT IS EASY/MODERATELY EASY TO GET A JOB OFFER BEFORE ITA????
