how and from where to get proof of health insurance?

hello there,

I am from india and I applied for the Canadian work permit as my employer had sent me LMIA supported job offer in november 2018. my visa application has been approved for temporary work permit. now i am planning to go to Canada in april but i am a little confused about a document that is "proof of health insurance" which i'll have show to the border services officer(i read it on https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/work-canada/iec/prepare-arrival.html
which says that i have to show some documents to border services officer at the time of arrival and one of them is proof of health insurance).
can anyone please tell me about this document.do i need to apply it from india before going to canada and is it mandatory to have this document before arriving canada,can this be the reason for denial of my entery to canada?

Thanks a lot you for your prompt reply. Yes ,i have a genuine offer , i had applied visa through online application and its been approved through vfs global , i have received the visa. Is there anything i should worry about the genuineness of offer letter because , had my LMIA supported job letter been fake wouldn't my visa application had been rejected?
