How after you receive pnp, it shows up in your cic express entry profile?

Hi,
The title basically covers my question. Sorry if it's a stupid question. I searched a lot both in the web and in this forum and found nothing.
I got nominated yesterday but my cic profile still doesn't show it yet.
I was wondering what is the usual time ?

With mine, cic sent me an email that i have a new message on my cic account. Upon logging in to my cic account i had a new message regarding the provincial nomination, and i had the option if i wanted to accept the nomination or decline.

So i know i’ve been nominated because I received an email from bc pnp that said I’m nominated. It’s just I haven’t heard anything from cic yet and my cic express entry profile doesn’t show the nomination yet.

How did you resolve this problem? Because i have the same problem.
 
i have a same issue i got my pnp form PEI yesterday haven't seen any message in my cic account
what should i do?
