The super visa doesn't help your younger sister in any way.

The only path to immigration for your sister right now is if you or your sister living in Canada qualify to sponsor your mother for PR under the parent sponsorship program and include your younger sister as a dependent in your mother's application.

Thank you so much for your response.. Please guide me one more thing.. If my sister, living in canada, apply for PR of my my mother under parent sponsorship program, what will be the procedure for that? Whether she have to pay some tax or there is some sort of income criteria for applying for parent sponsorship??

Yes - there is an income criteria. Your sister must meet the income criteria for three years in a row through income earned in Canada. She will need to submit tax returns to prove she has earned enough income. You can find the income requirements in the link below. She will need to include herself, her spouse and children (if she has any) and her parents and younger sister in the calculation.

Note that only a limited number of parent sposnorship applications are accepted each year and spots are awarded through a lottery. There are always far more people entering the lottery than sponsorship spots available. The program for this year has not opened yet.

Okay.. But i was also suggested that my mother should complete 3years stay in Canada, then she can get PR..
Is it right? If yes, then how much more time she have to stay there more as she has completed 10 months stay in Canada in 2 visits..
How much she have to stay, if that is right...

No - that's not right. There is no such rule. Simply living in Canada does not entitle someone to apply for PR.

Your sister and maybe her husband will also have to agree to financially support for 20 years through PGP.

I have already answered this question. No - this is not right. There is no such rule. No - living in Canada for 3 years will not allow her to apply for PR.

The only way would be to be sponsored. Would suggest you read about the parent and grandparent sponsorship program. The program is undergoing some changes so there may be new requirements or differences on who qualifies but you will have a better idea about program. As already mentioned the demand far exceeds the amount of spots every year. It is also a large financial commitment so your sister and her family will need to qualify and be financially able to support more people.
