Hi.. There is no separate form for Can + , so stop searching for it .. If you have previous travel to canada or hold a valid US visa... travelled or not travel doesn’t matter but it should be valid. If you are applying online the system would pick it though the questionnaire and if you are applying through VAC, kindly ask them to check the proof of ur travel or visa to US. They would mark it as CAN +. As far as the processing goes.. it’s for the visa officer to ascertain it as a Can + or a Regular trv. Thanks

Hello dear i also applied on 1 Oct vsf mark as can plus but still there is written is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, MANILA. Is this positive sign.

It’s just a routine mail. Nothing in particular about your application apart from letting you know where your file is being processed. You have already applied otherwise I would have suggested you a online visa application as it processed quickly. I got my TRV through Can + in one day.

I have applied for ten days visit to attain conference and tourism i have travelled Europe and Japan studying here in south Korea and valid visa of usa for 4 years but not travelled

Travelled you USA or not is not question .. if you have valid visa .. You qualify for Can plus but ultimate decision is with VO to take a call if it is processed as Can + or Regular TRV. I hope u get a visa soon.
