Housing- Toronto- Looking for a 4th partner- Long term

We are a group of 3 people from varied backgrounds who are planning to land in Toronto between March 21st to April 10th. We plan to look for and bargain for a HOUSE in and around GTA which can accommodate all of us with a private room to each.

- There will be a dog staying with us so you should be OK with that
- Please be a team player
- Do not be racially biased, all are welcome
- Don't be difficult, be cooperative, understanding, contributing and a human
- People of all race, creed, gender, age are welcome, we don't discriminate

Serious question. Why don't you start with the 2 people you already know. Sharing a living space with complete strangers is probably not the best idea. Also note that how many people can stay in a house is also not something you can decide unilaterally. Most landlords will look for things like credit scores, financial stability etc before they offer you a lease. What if the 4th person you find cannot fulfill financial requirements.

It's very hard to find a 4-bedroom house anyway. Don't go bigger than your group of 3.
