1) There was a change in hours but otherwise the job stayed the same? Keep it as one entry.

2) Keep in mind that when calculating your hours worked, you cannot count more than 30 hours in any given week.

For all weeks with 30+ hours, count each one as one full-time week.
For all weeks with less than 30 hours, sum up the hours and divide by 30 to get the equivalent full-time weeks.
Your total should exceed 52 full-time weeks.

So for CEC purposes, the theoretical maximum is 1,560 hours per year.

That said, I don't think you even need to attach pay stubs, as this is an optional item, and your experience letter will state that you worked for either 37.5 or 40 hours (therefore exceeding CIC's definition of full time) during a period exceeding one year.

1 year 1 day is cutting it very fine - are you sure you can't wait the few extra days?
1.Yes it is the same job, so under weekly hours should I put in 37.5 or 40 or put it as 37.5/40?
2. I'm sending in my paystubs as I don't have my NOA (also sending in T4's)
3. And yea I will probably wait another week before applying just to be 100%

Thanks a lot LPS, really appreciate the expert advice :) :) :) :)

I agree and disagree at the same time because hours worked is judged on a case by case basis. I work 14 days on and 14 days off. Of those 14 days I spend onsite, I work a total of 168 hours which is 84 hours a week. In that case CIC actually took into account the number of hours worked. If what you described about was true, it would take me 24 months to qualify for CEC because each 84 hour work week will be calculated at 30 hours giving me only 720 hours for any given year and it would have taken me 2 years to accrue the required experience.

That's interesting. Although you weren't on the job every single week over the twelve months, you had an uninterrupted work pattern that equated to 30+ hours per week, and was 'full-time' for all intents and purposes. So they allowed it.
