How about going on implied status even though they are going to refuse your application for work permit without LMO ? I think that should get you extra 2 months if you apply to CIC by mail. Although if you will get refusal you will have to pay 220$ for restoration status and probably go back to the UK but at the end of the day you will be able to apply for CEC with one year of experience.

Although you have to verify this with senior members.
Being on implied and eventually get a refusal would mean your experience on implied will be considered as UNAUTHORIZED.
You need to send proof of your authorization like a work permit.

So now I have 21 payrolls (42 weeks) with 30+ hours, 4 payrolls (8 weeks) with 45+ hours - counting as 1,5 week? and 5 (10 weeks) payrolls with 30+ hours - counting as 1 week. All together is 53 weeks.
Am I good to go? I was sure this is the way to count my hours but now I am pretty confused..
Unless there is a typo above somewhere, you have us confused, too. You show 3 periods of work, but all of them are 30+ hours per week (or so it looks like that). Since they are all 30+ hours per week, it is just "full time." 42 weeks + 8 weeks + 10 Weeks = 60 weeks of full-time employment, meeting the 1 year requirement.

I know what you mean..sorry for confusing you :) I´m counting hours from payrolls I got from my employer and every payroll is for two weeks.. So if I have 45 hours for one payroll means it´s 45 hours in two week.......

I am almost done completing my 1 year of skilled work experience. But while working full time, i had 3 weeks of part time work for around 27 hours per week. I am getting confused with this whole number of hours criteria for cec application. Do i have to work 3 more weeks to complete the required number of hours or what?

I would do the extra few weeks anyway, regardless of the hours difference.

Anyway, surely it's an average of 30 hours per week and not a minimum of 30 of each week, how would cic even know? Unless they ask you to submit time sheets for every week?

I did 40 hours per week though, so I don't know if its an average of 30 or not.

So - since the 3 bi-weekly pay periods you described show hours for two weeks, and none are for 60+ hours, it sounds like all of your work experience is part-time (less than 30 hours per week). Is that correct?

If it's a mix of full-time and part-time, LPS has already described the correct way to determine whether you meet the requirements.

In any case, both part-time and full-time work is accepted, but your letter of employment must accurately describe your hours worked per week - including periods of full-time and part-time employment - otherwise the VO will believe you worked full time and wonder why your income does not match - this usually leads to a refusal.
