Hotel Mgt Course

My brother who had lived in Ireland 3 years and in Saudi Arabia 5 yrs worked in hotel industry. Currently he owns a restaurant in Pakistan and running it for 2 years. He had done matric and a 2 years diploma in hotel management few years back. He also has few training certs from Saudi and Ireland as well. Now he would like to do Culinary course (Cooking) in Canada. He is 36 years old, married & 2 kids.

Friends plz advise his chances for visa!!!

If he can justify all years after diploma to till to date trough work experience then he is good to go( If he goes for bachelor degree in university in related field)

Thanks Rock......He'd been working in Saudi and has acquired experience in arabic food, then he'd been working in Ireland and has acquired experience in italian & european food and finally he started his own restaurant which include italian, arabic and pakistani food. Now he wishes to have acquired diploma in american/western food from canadian institution.

Diploma and again diploma will not make any sense of genuine students.( in the eyes of embassy people)

If he goes for bachelor degree in university in relavent field that will make sense of genuine student and how he is serious in proposed study in canada.( in the eyes of embassy people)

Atleast better chances than diploma and certificate programme.

And yeah biggest challenge will be to prove he is genuine student.
