Avoid, unless $$$ r immaterial to u, go for Motels instead. Studio6 & Motel6 r good, value for money, family friendly and safe for kids.

A/port pick-up is never free with any g/house (e.g. Safehomestay) either... thus, in a comparable price u could take a taxi as well. To most Studio6 & Motel6 it'd cost u $35-50 approx.
