How to overcome nd make the strong Cover letter to Satisfy V0
Please state some effective statements

-Bank Certificate of 24 lacs
-Ielts overall 6 Bands
-USA Sponsorship supporting from my relatives
-My dad's Business of Dairy Farming upto 1.5 crore
-No real state Property ( Home nd etc)
-University of Algoma
 
This was one year back reason when i was rejected nd doing BBA here and get exemptions of some course as i had applied for the same BBA there, University of Algoma gave me exemptions of some courses. Now i have done with my BBA here in Pakistan want to apply now as a fresh student. Is there any chance of getting visa on second attempt on this reason ??

which course college u applied for and from where share the full details
 
I applied for Bachelors of Business Administration there. I applied for canada when i was in 6 semester here.. but now i have done with my BBA , and want to apply again as a fresh. Basically i want a strong statements to cover up the rejection reason or to satisfy the V0 this time

Are you going for master?

Your profile fine... But funds are insufficient..
do you show bank statement?... i am not asking bank certificate or fixed deposit.
And when did you apply and when did you receive refusal letter?

Bro... You should go for Master program. According to your profile, you can easily get admission in university(Like University of Regina, Memorial, Dalhouise etc)
Because In Pakistan, Canadian high commission is not willing to give admission for college student. They take lots of time for visa processing. In my suggestion, you go for master then you would have more chance.... I am not consultant... I am talking on behalf of previous statistics.
Brother don't waste time try for university. Normally, university takes 1 to 2 months for admission but you can save time in visa processing. colleges processing takes lots of time.

Note that the majority of Masters programs in Canada require a four year (not three year) Bachelor to be admitted.

May be US sponsorship showed the visa officials that the guy is not interested to live in his home country.

Well I will apply for visa Inshallah in mid of June and little bit confused as I have already applied for US sponsorship :) :(

Bro, I guess you hit the bars, as i also confused regarding the US sponsorship, VO thinks that you are not a genuine student you will leave canada or crossing borders :p I suggest you to dont show any supports from US :)
