No Canadian company is going to help you this much by working with lawyers etc, especially for a entry level job. It costs time and resources which most dont have.

The government wont give you a work permit either since you'll need a Labour Market Opinion which you most likely wont get since its an entry level job where many canadians can replace you.

hey buddy,

You need to discuss with all your points with professional immigration lawyer in canada they can better suggest you about this situation.

rather than lodging a file again from india better to discuss with the lawyer .

You can find lawyer in canada by searching on facebook and google.

from my personal experience i would suggest you to go Niren & associates in canada .

But all it's totally up to you.

Regards
Rajan

Sorry to hear about your loss.I am saddened to hear of your sudden loss.Condolences.
First of all ,your visa is still valid, Only your study permit has expired. If you have letter from college and Your valid visa, you can apply for study permit over there or your friend can apply from here or apply online.
If your visa has been expired, you can still hire a lawyer in Canada, not in India.
There is no reason of visa being cancelled. Unless you have submitted the SOP stating that financial responsibility is on you and blah blah.
