I received ppr on 26th Nov.
Any one at the same stage and could share information on getting COPR and visa?
As on the IRCC website it mentioned that I should not land in Canada until the restrictions are lifted.

File moved to HKVO on 24th December.
How long more before PPR?

I finally see "decision made" on ECAS under "permanent residence application status". Hopefully, an email is coming in the next week or so.
