I got pre arrival in oct 2019 . Got dm on may 27 2020. But every case is different . Good Luck!

I would have to agree with ericeric, every application is different, also it really depends on what is completed so far in your application.

I got pre arrival letter on May 20 n soon after that my status had changed into decision made . Then 28 th of May I got passport request . Yesterday my passport had arrived in hongkong from Mongolia ...

So fast. I got pre arrival on 21 May, submitted additional documents on 29 May and no update since then

All early July tickets of Air Canada from China to Canada disappeared...

yeah it's not looking good, air Canada is waiting on Chinese government for approval to flight in, soon the Beijing flight will be there again I believe its mid July.
