Others been telling me that lately they give out prearrival before B1.

Actually the main thing you really care about is prearrival then bgc then dm.

Today is 4th day into bgc...

Weird, got B1 yesterday, shouldn't it be sent before Pre-arrival?

We got B2 on May 9 and BGC is still not started yet.

Our application was approved yesterday (May 17th), exactly one month after our interview in Hong Kong (April 17th) and 10 months since our application was first received (July 16th)!
