Home worker Pilot - Study Permit for Minor

Hi everyone,

Hope anyone could help me out with this issue.
I am filling out the study permit form for the seven-year old kid, however, I have issue with the section of details of intended study in Canada.
Since this is the form group with my Home worker pilot program, should I apply for the school for the kids first and fill out the imm1294 study permit application. Or I could leave this part blank?

In addition, the study permit guideline is for general which details some other require documents, should I use that checklist as the reference to prepare the study permit and group with my home pilot application? Or I just follow the checklist for Home worker pilot should be fine.
