Please I want to find out if a refugee claimant is eligible to apply for the ne caregiver pathway for people with little experience in home support.
As its explained that we pay for an open work permit and permanent Residence fee at same time .

I am unaware of a pilot program for people with no experience in caregiving. No normally asylum claimants do not qualify for these programs.

Reading through ,I saw the options for people who can apply within canada about Refugee claimant.

This is for people that have experience not no experience like your post specified. Just looked up your profile and you do have experience so it isn’t an issue. The issue is that you are unlike other people in Canada and are in Canada as a failed refugee claimant. Most of the work experience you gained while waiting for your asylum hearing doesn’t count like regular workers who are no asylum claimants.
