Hi!

I am currently working as a Home Support Worker with employer specific work permit. Planning to apply for the new pilot program. I am wondering what form to use for the open work permit application for the spouse, do you use the IMM 5710 even though he is not in Canada? And include it in your application?

Need your thoughts!
