Home Support Worker HSW

I am already in Canada on Open WP and currently working in a restaurant for last 2 years.

I am getting an offer of Employment as HSW. Owner of my restaurant is looking for home support worker and offered me an employment to take care of his parents. My questions are
1. Does the family(Employer) require to apply for LMIA to hire me(I am already in Canada) or they can directly give the employment as a HSW?
2. Do I need a to apply for a specific WP or I can work with the same open WP?

1&2 You are on an open work permit so you just work. Don’t even need offer of employment.

I am in a same condition,
1) In this case my employer need to open a CRA account for the caregiver?
2) Offer of Employment: Home Child Care Provider or Home Support Worker [IMM 5983 ?

My condition is I already hired HSW that had open work permit thru JOB BANK and did complete offer letter process. She has been working for me for almost a year now and wants to apply on Home Support Worker pilot 2025 to get permanent residency. The representative that she has hired to help her with the process is asking for me as the employer to provide 2024 Notice of Assessment and copy of Passport to prove I am Canadian. I find no reference for these requirements in the Application Checklist IMM5981e or anywhere on a government site for the employer (who is registered as a business in Canada and submitting taxes) to provide these details. Has anyone heard of this?
