Until it opens at January 1, 2024 at 9:00 a.m. ET (Eastern Time) make the conversion with your localtime using https://www.timeanddate.com/time/zones/ca or another site of your preference

No. The home support work quota takes months to fill. Childcare meets quota in one day.

What do you mean ITA? You already applied. Processing is around 31 months to get your work permit for gaining experience pilot.
