Can anyone tell me what kind of document do CIC need as proof that the person to be taken cared of is with disability for the home support worker program?

IS a letter from the family doctor enough or we need to submit something else?

Hi, I am working in a retirement home where I take care of multiple clients. All I attached with my application was IMM5983 form filled out by my employer, job offer letter, proof of relevant previous work experience.

Employer received doc request-Aug 26, 2021 (NOA, Birth Certificates, Employment offer letter)

this will be uploaded on the OTHERS folder? or should be included in Offer of Employment IMM5983?

my lawyer put 24 months I think you can put 36 months.
