Hi I have submitted my application at IRCC last August 20, 2021 from outside Canada specifically Philippines. However, I did not pay the PR fee only the application processing fee, work permit and biometrics. Could this will cause the delay or return my application? What should I do? Thank you so much for your inputs!
They will not return but for sure will ask once start reviewing your file. May I ask did you get aor yet?
I did not receive yet their acknowledgement of receipt hoping to receive this month in God's grace . Thank you so much for the info.
But supposed to receive your Aor last week as my relative same timeline who got Aor on 14 October ircc received file on 30.08.21. Please double check with your agent if have so. Post here your update . God bless us all.

This is the completeness check document which IRCC has published. As this link, the evidence of payment of applicable fees should be attached. I think they will return the application. The temp AOR does not mean they have accepted it. The temp AOR is only sent when the paper application is converted to digital format.

I've talked to my agent already , yes we received a temporary acknowledgement receipt from IRCC last October 14. Thank you so much for the information.
