Hi Guys,
I am applying from Pakistan. I heard if you need to show strong ties with homecountry having property is a must. But unfortunately i dont!
In this scenario, what other ways do you guys suggest to show strong ties ?

Owning property isn't required but it is one way you can show ties. Others include family, a business, etc.

You can also show Fixed Deposit Account details under your name, current employment, immediate family members in your home country...

I am not that financially strong in my homecountry, i am using my savings for my education in Canada and will be applying via SDS.
So No Business, Property.
Are there any other ways i could show strong ties ?

Yes , if you are able to prove strong ties in other ways that I mentioned...and if you had previous travel histories to developed countries,,it will make your case much stronger

Stayed 20 years in Dubai , recently moved to Pakistan for Bachelors degree.
traveled to USA last summer on tourist visa (did not over stay)
Will be getting an employment letter to indicate that i will get a job after my masters.
I am the only son in my family, so i have to comeback to support my parents.
Got engaged recently so i could use it as a reason to come back .
i have a good cgpa so will be applying to the top unis in Canada.
What do you make of this profile, will apply via SDS.

Will go for masters in Sept21 till then i will get some experience.

Did bachelors In civil Engineering , planning to do masters in Construction/project management. Wont be switching to a different field as it gets difficult to get study visa.

Thankyou soo much sir for you guidance. I was depressed since a week as i spoke to one of my friend and he said that i wont be able to make it cuz i dont have any property/business in my home country.
