I only stated the date of delivery of my application to Edmonton as per the confirmation from the delivery service which is March 26, 2021. and that how come I haven't received an AOR yet while the April 2021 applicants already received theirs.
Thats what i sent to them.. Leave the application/UCI number as 00000000

But atleast they replied and seems they have information but may be not matching 100%.. Hopefully when you will resend you will hear something good.

@meena, seriously i don't know. I have sent them another mail. Waiting for their response. And for the section where we have Client ID/UCI I just put multiple zeros,
