Hello everyone!
I have submitted 6mo of proof of experience Aug, 2024. As I did not had T4 because I did not completed 1 year as caregiver, I sent the required form, letter from employer, all paystubs (it comes from a website that my employer pays, all ready for me) and a letter of explanation about T4.

I have seen some people being requested to send the bank statements as well. But it looks like they did not send all the required documents in the first attempt. Is there anyone here who had this request as well?

Same here no updates..
ReMedicals were done and passed in Oct 2024, since then just waiting.
We are so frustrated and helpless, nothing can move this program seems.. Contacted many times nothing is happening..

Did IRCC request the remedical done?

If yes, it means the application is still open. They are working on it, but it is just taking forever.

I believe it has passed the 36 months for processing. There's something people do to query the application. Pls find out.

Yeah nothing is happening Sofia.. They requested another Medicals for my sister and kids in Sep month and we did those, but for her husband we didn't received any Medical request even though they are expired too. So not sure what the mess is happening and why they are not sending any updates.
I have no hope for this program now, but atleast they give some decision so we don't even wait for them.
Also I just called IRCC and same updates background and eligibility is in progress, so not sure from last 4 years what they are doing.. So frustrating...

I have asked you this question before, but I am not sure I got a response from you. Have you ordered the CBSA note?

It's use to know the status of your application. I also believe it triggers them to work on your application too.

Your application is obviously stuck somewhere.

Pls find out.

I received reply last year (Feb 24) and one of the comment was below :
And I think we have provided everything but can again send..
I have resubmitted the Passport copy just in case they need , though IRCC login shows all documents are complete... And even when I call they always say that they have everything and nothing is pending from our side.

*******CBSA will close your file pending the additional required information, which is highlighted in bold below, for your information. We will resume the request under a new case number once all the requested information has been submitted:
Item 4 - Identification Requirement
The CBSA must ensure adequate and valid identification (ID) is provided to uphold the legal requirements to protect personal information when providing the right of access.

As per the requirements set out in section 4.1.4 of the Directive on Personal Information Requests and Correction of Personal Information, which mandates institutions to establish procedures to validate the identity of a requester, we require that you provide:

- A copy of a VALID photo identification document (Passport Biodata page, PR card, Driver's licence, etc.), to validate your identity. Note: If submitting the request on behalf of another individual both the requestor's and the client(s)' ID are required.

The response you got isn't the CBSA note. This response says you should submit some documents so they can process the CBSA notes.

You are supposed to submit a signed consent form and passport data page.

The CBSA note has so many pages. You get to see every detail about your application.

Signed consent form for what, sorry I didn't get that?

When you are requesting for the note on the atip portal, you need to submit a consent form.

Probably I don't understand what note you got.

Did you get notes about 10 to 15 pages?
