Hello everyone, please has anyone who did paper application in January 2023 received request for medicals? Got my AOR and Biometric request 5th July 2023. Completed Biometrics 17th July 2023. No further communication from IRCC. Tnx

As it is, IRCC can not be predicted. I have been in this route since 2021, and I still have not gotten a decision.

It seems 2023 applications are faster, but you can not tell when exactly you will get another update.

Just be patient, that's my motto ever since when it comes to IRCC.

I didn't apply in 2023, I applied in the year 2021

Yes same day, not even the whole day. It was few hours

Alot of people are receiving AOR's. We received ours as well. Submitted Jan 1, 2023, AOR received Feb 24th.

The HCCP-23 online submission capped in less than 5 hours on Jan 1, 2023. I am very sure 2024 will cap within a short timeline
