Hello.....

I have doubt regarding GCKey registration..is it possible to use different email id for IRCC and GCKey account... because I am submitted my application form my sister's email id which she is registered in ircc, i am tried to track my application through that in the website but not able to do it. Is there any issue in changing in bother registering email id?

All the emails from IRCC like additional document requests and Passport requests will come to the registered email id however you can link the application in gckey with a different email id for sure

1. HCCP Quota in 2021 was filled on April 21, 2021......... HCCP Quota in 2022 was filled on Jan 13 or Jan 15 2022 I believe..... HCCP Quota in 2023 was filled on Jan 1, 2023 itself
2. Nurse profession is acceptable however the job offer should be from an individual in a home setup not an agency or clinic
3. The processing time is 36 months as per IRCC

We submitted a paper application which was received on January 11, 2023. Received AOR today July 12, 2023. Just want to confirm who received AOR file no. starts with E?

so if the person worked in a hospital but NOT IN HOME as a nurse but cared special need children in a hospital setting, would that acceptable or not?because as per below HCCP requirements, it says in-home.

• Home child care providers (NOC 44100).
  Note: You must have provided in-home care to children in a job listed under NOC 44100, other than a foster parent. Home child care providers provide care primarily in their own homes or in the children's homes, where the home child care provider may also reside.

I have following questions about 2023 in-take for HCCP. I would appreciate the response.

1. Is paper application faster than online? because "mr.preetsingh" mentioned here that his application reached on Jan.11 but I see online application cap reached within 24 hours after opening for 2023.
2. Is Nurse profession acceptable for HCCP? (Taking care sick children, medicine, changing etc.in a Hospital).
3. What is the average processing time from start to finish?

We submitted paperbased application. When on Jan 1st cap was closed we sent an email to IRCC to ask if we can submit an application under Alternate format. Got a reply back in day or two that we can submit but depends if the cap is still open by the time they receive our mailed application. It reached there Jan 11 and alternate format was not full until Jan 31

This is a pilot program and the application will open from 1st Jan, 2023 and as soon the quota is filled of 2750 applications, it will be closed. There are basic 4 requirements to apply through this program, Child Home Support Worker, or Health workers.

You need to have post secondary education which is minimum 13 grades, you need an ECA report if outside Canada
iELTS should be above 5 band
Job offer which can be from a relative, they should meet the financial income of 100K per annum to apply.

Home Support Worker Class.
In order to make a decision we require the following information/documents:
 Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM
5669) bearing an original signature, for all applicants over the age of 18
 IMM5562: Supplementary Information - Your Travels, for all applicants over the age of 18
 Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or
longer since the age of 18, provide an updated original police clearance certificate
 Proof of funds from your potential employer in Canada: Notice of Assessments for the previous
two years
[Online] You will have 30 days from the date of this correspondence to submit.

After this submitting , I think May b they will ask for medical.

Any clue how long they can take to make decision or approval??

No one can tell you timelines for decision. it depends how long it takes to verify and review all the information asked for. Assume your employer can provide NOA and prove they meet LICO for the number or people in the family plus hire a full time caregiver.
