I applied on 17 jan 2020and got aor on 23 sep 2020 it take approx 8 months due to covid-19 .

Is it possible to apply this way from outside Canada?
If yes, what will be the process. As such NOC will not match in different countries. So, what best possible solution to that.

This program is paper based there is no option available for apply online
Can a person having kindergarten teaching experience apply under this pilot? If other requirements are met.
Hello there. I am very new in this forum and as per reading It helps a lot to get an update or information about HCCP pilot which I applied for 2020 of May(No update since then)
I just read The first batch has been closed due to have reached the minimum quota and reopened just this January of 2021.
Can someone please tell me how to check if I am in the first batch? Since I never received email that they sent back my documents nor refunding back my payment.

I think so - the requirement would be that you need to show you can do the job, which a kindergarten teacher would be able to
