If your 24 months of work exp documents are received, definitely will be considered under DPR/CATEGORY B

Better Call IRCC and check if your work experience documents for 24 months are received and updated in your application.
Respectable sir
Thanks a lot for your reply
May God bless you amen

If you applied under Category B and she is INSIDE CA with 24 months of Experience in HCCP NOC
Then, she will get PR
No she is outside Canada.
So it means she will come on Work Permit, work for 2 years and then PR.. Is that correct?

Hi All... I am in Canada for past one month. But me and my wife are feeling very depressed here. Our guilt of leaving our parents in their old age is making us feel miserable. Will try for few more months.. Any one else is in canada and feeling the same way..? Please guide us what to do?

We sent our file through HCCP on Jan 2020.
try to call your parents also here, you will feel better..

How long does it take to check medical? And if medical passes or not, will IRCC send a notification by email or I should check my Gckey?

IRCC will email the registered email about a "Status Update" in your GCKEY. And then you can check your GCKEY for updated Medical results.

Mr. Preet, if candidate has more then 2 years experience then may they get PR directly?
If the candidate already has 2 years of work experience in CA, he/she should have applied under Direct PR Category in order to receive PR status.

Here is our timeline for HSWP. Overseas applicant (Category A) with accompanying spouse and kids.

Jan 2022 - Permanent file number received (PAOR), 'E' file number linked to GCKey
Nov 2022 - Biometrics (BIL) and ADR (birth certificates for applicant and spouse)
Apr 2023 - Medicals; employer asked for new Offer of Employment form and Job letters (supplied new NOA as well)
IRCC strike
May 3rd 2023 - Invitation to Pre-arrival services
May 4th 2023 - Biometrics Validity Letter (BVL) with 'W' and 'S' file numbers for temporary residence applications
May 5th 2023 - Eligibility passed

Unable to link the work permit and study permit file numbers to existing GCKey. But able to use Application Status Tracker for everyone and see the temporary residence applications in progress.

Waiting for PPR and the Letter of Introduction.

I noticed that some of the applicants are getting the eligibility passed letter and PPR simultaneously. It been two weeks and we haven't received the PPR yet. @mr.preetsingh can you please advise what is the normal time to be expected for PPR for applicants from India?

If you have kids in your application, Delhi Embassy initiates the study permit/visitor visa, which takes time, as we all know.

Otherwise, you should have received it by now.

Hi,
Question- If IRCC has requested additional details on below forms, i.e need to resend these forms, and one of teh option is to upload these documents online using GCKey login, so do we need to print, sign and scan documents and then upload or we can just upload filled form without signing it?.. Please advise. Thanks
Schedule A: Background /Declaration
(IMM5669) and Additional Family Information form (IMM5406)

The guidelines are in the ADR document/email. Please read there if a signature is asked.

It doesnt says anything regarding signing and only says as below:

Please submit requested information and all future inquiries with respect to your
application via your online account (preferred method), the IRCC web form at the
following link: https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/contacts/web-form.asp or by mail:

So I am assuming we should not be needing any signature if we are uploading documents online, or we print, sign and scan and then upload?
