What is OWP, you mean Open Work Permit??
Also seems she is Inside Canada, is that correct?

Feb 1, 2021 - application received by IRCC
May 13 - temporary AOR (UCI starts in T) and file number starts in E)
May 26 - received reply to my nquiry thru webform wherein the temporary application number for my work permit was stated

After that nothing more. Tried to inquire using webform but received a generic reply that they are busy on Afghanistan cases.

Maybe before this month ends, will try to inquire again.

Your application already has permanent AOR. Just link your application to gckey

Yes you need any diploma related to Caregiver or some experience reference letter showing your past work regarding caregiver

Hello Everyone,
We applied for HCCP in March from outside Canada through consultant in Canada and our dates are as follow
22nd March- IRCC received the package ( Work permit and PR application)
21st July - Temporary AOR (UCI - T XXXXXXXXXXXX, Temporary application no- EXXXXXXXXX)

After that no response and we have received only one letter. Can anyone suggest if any progress happen in the same case.

We are on same situation, did you receive your Permanent AOR?

If UCI starts with #90.... and Application # starts with #E00........., are these permanent AOR#, as I am trying to use these to link our application but it doesnt allows it.

Can someone please update on this.

If you applied via consultant, you cannot check by uci and application number by yourself. Only the consultant can check your application by web. But you can check by phone 888-242-2100.

No we applied ourselves and via mail..

I don’t know what you are saying about permanent number. Sorry. But in my thought, your numbers what you wrote are UCI number and Application number. Can u check here!(https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/redir.do?redir=id_num)

Yes, those are permanent. UCI starts with 90 which means, the application had filed for immigration in the past. If that's the case, the only way to link the application is to use "Application number and Lastname"
