Nope, I'm 19th March 2021 nothing, also I sent my children's study permit forms through web form near 3 months ago I didn't receive any email then I sent another web form 1 month ago to ask if they receive my forms, thus time I just receive an email that ther got my enquiry and answer me later but nothing till now

Hi every one i am new in this form. My wife is in canada. she applied home care child program. We had done medical and biometric on September 2022. And feb she received pfl mention


In the course of reviewing your file, it appears that your application for permanent residence may have to be refused as you and/or your family member(s) do not appear to meet immigration requirements. In order to become a permanent resident under this class, you and your family members must comply with requirements as specified in the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations for this class.
I have completed the assessment of your permanent resident application and have determined that you do not meet one or more of the requirements for immigration to Canada, specifically that you have not provided an offer of employment that is genuine

we are confused that is there any other documents required or didnt meet requirements from side(husband).

we already replied week ago with the help of lawyer.
Please let me know what are the changes.

Our life depends on this decision. Please help

Nothing...I am also waiting for an update.me March 1, 2021 applicant with 4 dependents outside canada...Biometrics done Feb 10, 2022.after that, i linked gckey June 2022. In my gckey, stated that i dont need medical,and they are checking our eligibility, these were the same words posted from june 2022 until now.

IRCC is currently processing Feb 2021 applications (with family), so March applicants should start receiving updates soon.

If you filed in Category A, then the offer letter was mandatory. The Offer letter should be from an Individual not a company or agency with CRA account and everything.

If you had everything correct, then you can file for review. They will re-access your application.

oh ok, this application is for my sister and she applied in March 2021.. Bio metrics done in May 2022, now waiting for Medicals..
It seems Jan and Feb 2021 applications are getting processed now, so hoping to see updates soon..

If you filed in Category A, then the offer letter was mandatory. The Offer letter should be from an Individual not a company or agency with CRA account and everything.

If you had everything correct, then you can file for review. They will re-access your application.

You have to have a registered business to be an employer in the context of these pilots. You can use an agency just not embassies, consulates or high commissions.

Please update if March applicants starts getting Medicals as there are many people waiting to hear on that
