Hi,
I am planning to enroll in PSW course from a college but the duration of this course is 5.5months. According to the Pathway. It's says that either you need to have a relevant experience or have completed a credential of at least 6 months of related home care training.
Will I be eligible for this pathway if I complete my course in 5.5 months?

That isn’t 6 months so pick a different program. Also is your employer eligible?

This pilot program is likely to close soon after it opens so you should not be making plans just to meet the terms of this program but with all immigration programs in mind.

Even if I get a job offer in HSWP. Do I need to have a employer form for this pathway? Is it easy to get?

This is an employer pathway so they need to offer you a job. No it is not easy to get because employer must be eligible. Plus this program is quota based and will most likely reach quota on the day it opens.

A job offer is mandatory and you must also meet the program requirements. Right now it sounds like you don't have a job offer and also don't meet the program requirements. Suggest you forget about applying this year. I don't see how that is realistic. Aim to qualify next year.

Can any explain more about the job offer from private household? What are the conditions for it?
