Customer support is off today and tomorrow, and then January 1. Now a lot of people take holidays this week and next since school is out.

Your studies start on the 8th? What is the latest date you can start classes? You still need approval and passport stamping.

That's right my classes start on the 8th, the offer letter mentions expiration of L.O.A is Jan 17th, I guess that would be the last day, but not sure
Should I check with admission advisor, or wait for at least December end

Well colleges and universities are most likely closed until the 8th or have skeleton staff. So not sure you can check. The issue is can you miss two weeks of classes (no attendance) and still pass the courses? This has nothing to do with expiration of LOA.

Considering that this week is THE major holidays in this country , and typically many people add their vacation to it , I’d expect delays due to the skeleton staffing . It’s been like this for decades.

Well colleges and universities are most likely closed until the 8th or have skeleton staff. So not sure you can check. The issue is can you miss two weeks of classes (no attendance) and still pass the courses? This has nothing to do with expiration of LOA.

I'm thinking of requesting online classes for 1-2 weeks until the decision comes out since the processing time is already passed for my application

If schools allow it. Any online classes aren’t eligible for PGWP. Need to find out the drop deadline for refund too.

Their refund policy mentions within fourteen (14) calendar days of the start date of the semester in order to be eligible to receive a refund
