HIV positive and worried about my chances of being selected

Hi guys,
I need your help, I am so worried!
I have applied for Canada PR through skilled worker provincial nomination (MPNP). We have been nominated Feb 2019 and applied March 30, 2019. The application was paper based our AOR was May. IRCC requested medical examination on January and my spouse have been found to be HIV +ve, we were very shocked. I am the principal applicant, the medical for me and our children is fine. Further medical investigation was requested unfortunately the CD4 count is 119. So sputum examination has been ordered, other than that HBV and HCV results were normal.
My spouse went other hospital and he ARV drugs with INH to prevent TB. So he started the medication yesterday. The sputum ordered for next week which we should wait nine weeks as clinic said.
Do you think we will have a chance? What do you advice us we should do while waiting for sputum result? Please we need your response.

Per month paid by the province ,non Detectable for the last 4 years ,virol load normal and cd4 count . I have been waiting for clearance of medicals over admissibility from cic and been contacking the processing office but up now they are waiting for the report over my medicals is there anyone who has taken long like me and there chances for me to get the PR because I’m loosing hope And work permit is expiring soon

HIV is not usually an exclusion for getting PR although it depends on your overall health and what treatments you are taking for HIV. May slow down the PR process slightly especially while you set up your regimen so then the cost of you Pr treatment can be measured. The majority of HIV + PR applicants are approved if they actually qualify for PR.

This cost would not exceed the cost threshold of $19,812 per year
And ur cost is $1150 pm wich mean $13800 per year....so ur ok best of luck

Can you please tell which medications are you taking? My spouse is taking Tenofovir Disproxil Fumurate+ Lamivudine + Doultagravir in one pill but I couldn't find the cost in Canada. But we are thinking to change it to Tenofovir Disproxil Fumurate+ Lamivudine + Efaverinez if the Doctor is willing and there is no problem. Since the later drugs are cheaper. Do you know the cost for the above drugs?

No but we have applied for PR, and we have been asked medical report. I am afraid we will fall on medical inadmissibility due to excessive demand. I have been trying to look at the cost of medication in Canada but I couldn't find the combination of drugs what my spouse is taking.

Don’t worry .. TDF + Lamivudine + DTG won’t make you medically inadmissible. no need to switch to Atripla.... Good luck with your application
