Not much to go on so don’t know what you are asking. If through CEC, then you must be working in Canada. If you want a job, then do a job search.

Now my CRS score reached to above than 500 points, when I riched for 445 I was so happy, but I am eligible for THE Express Entry system and made more than profile, then I can't be hiring, more and more Appling for jobs. In the end I still waiting

So if you submitted a profile with 500 points then wait for an ITA. May I ask your profile with a CRS score of 500? What type of permit are you on, and are you still working for the same employer?
