hi, i'm currently living here in alberta under a temporary work visa. it will be expiring around september and my work permit will expire by october. i'm very much interested to apply in your company, although i must tell you this early that i'm 1 month pregnant and not married. i am looking for ways to extend my stay here in canada, because there's a possibility that my employer will refuse to help me renew my papers when they find out about my condition.

i fervently hope that you'll consider hiring me. i'm a good worker and has been working for the fastfood industry for 15 years, 10 of them in a managerial position, when i was still in the philippines. i promise to work hard and do the best that i can and be a n exemplary worker for you.

i just need a new contract and a positive labour market opinion from you so i can apply for a new work permit and visa.

i sincerely hope you will help me. i want this baby to be born in his father's country and be eligible for the rights that he is entitled to.

my email address is rowena_1017@hotmail.com and i will pray for any reply from you. thank you very much
Rowena It is illegal to terminate somebody because she is pregnant under Alberta law,If you had worked in BC,you would have been eligible to file for PR status after 9 months of work, besides since when has not being married been an issue,if you are still living with your childs father you are eligible to be sponsored as his domestic partner Cheers

Hello! Gud AM! If you really need someone who can help you to get workers here in the Philippines my husband auntie's have an agency for foreign contract worker you can email her at azon88@telus.net Business Address: 94 Cranleigh Way S.E Calgary Alberta T3m 1C8 calgary alberta.I hope she can help you a lot. If you want to contact her just email her. She can help you a lot.

Secondly, If you hired a Filipino worker or in other country you provided some of the expenses except the processing fee and all personal expense.

I also want to apply from your food franchise..My husband is already in tacotime chinook mall calgary. If you are interested knowing my qualification I am willing to send my resume.I'm here in the Philippines. Please email me at wawsky22@yahoo.com.
Just make sure your Auntie s Agency has a BC License,Otherwise Your Auntie s firm faces Big Fines,A Alberta Employment License does not entitle you to recruit for BC,Your auntie s firm should be licensed by BC Ministry of Labour.I would hate to see your Auntie get into trouble

Dear BC Guy:

I finally received my approved/positive LMO for three staff (NOC 6641) from Service Canada. It took some time since I did the application myself and had to go through tough scrutiny from the Foreign Worker Specialist. What is the process from this point? I know I'll have to submit some documents to the POLO Office in Vancouver but what do my staff in the Philippines have to do? Please advise.
