A wise man once said to choose your words carefully. Based on that your business model and hiring practise sounds like something similar to an Amway/ Quikstar, Primerica, WFG etc. You need to remember immigrants need a "job" that pays a fixed salary over a month or week. Definately not a business opportunity with a dream for infinite earning potential. You need to be practical
