Hiring a temporary worker

Hello,

We are looking into hiring somebody from outsite Canada on a skilled federal class program. Does anybody know if we have to offer a full-time job for them? Does it have to be a certain minimum amount of hours a week?

Yes ,you need to apply for a Lmo in HRSDC dept according to the job category.
But before you need to make a add regarding the job in a classified .
also you need to provide the person with a job letter with specifications like Job discription , position, salary per hrs, working hrs ,benefits ,leaves per year.
its much better you put your question in the temp work permit threads.
hope this will help you to just start process from your side in canada.
But its not going to be easy & guranteed that the person will be sucess in getting a work permit after all this.
